Fits really well, lots of compression without being uncomfortable. Doesn’t roll or slide down when I bend over or sit down either! It smooths me out and helps with my posture, so that’s a plus. I’ll definitely be getting another to size down.

I was worried at first due to waist trainers folding when bending or not really snatching my body waist. BUT this one is GREAT really makes you snatched and great back support and posture, DOES NOT FOLD, 5’8 185 pounds got a size large and was perfect for me
